LAFSC Virtual Testing
Now Offering MONTHLY Virtual Testing On The 15th EVERY MONTH
Beginning November 1, 2024, U.S. Figure Skating requires that skaters taking a virtual test hold a placard close to the camera at the start of the recording. The placard must include the skater’s name, DATE OF THE TEST SESSION (not the film date), and the hosting club’s name. This is in addition to displaying an electronic device showing the time and date.
If either the placard or the time/date device are missing,
the skater will be notified that the video has been rejected.
Below is a fillable PDF placard, though any placard is acceptable as long as it contains the required information. If written, use a Sharpie so it is dark enough to see.
** Record with no more than 8 skaters on the ice. Must record LANDSCAPE- zooming in, keeping skater head to toe in the frame. Announce the skater, test and show electronic date/time at the beginning of the recording. **
Signup in Entryeeze and email the following to KBORZI@comcast.net by deadline.
1) Video - YouTube link only.. no Dropbox etc
2) Signed affidavit
3) Name & likeness release
