The medal winning tradition of the Los Angeles Figure Skating Club continued at the 2013 US Figure Skating Championships held in Omaha, Nebraska this past week.

The long standing record of the Los Angeles Figure Skating Club of having at least one national champion in at least one discipline every year since 1983 continued this year with the lovely Karolina Calhoun’s Gold Medal in Juvenile Ladies! Congratulations Karolina!

Shotaro Omoro, skated a fantastic short program to take the lead, and finished the 2013 US Figure Skating Championships with a Silver Medal in Junior Men. Congratulations Shotaro!

Elise Middleton and Robert Hennings captured a Bronze Medal in Novice Pairs. Congratulations to Elise & Robert!

Jasmine & Johsua Fendi skated away with a Bronze Medal in the very competitive Juvenile Pairs event. Congratulations to Jasmine & Joshua!

Daniel Samohin skated well in a tough Novice Men’s field to take home a Pewter medal! Congratulations Daniel!

Devini Perini (with partner Chelsea Liu) followed up their 2012 National Championship in Novice Pairs with a Pewter Medal in Junior Pairs. Congratulations Devin!
